1. What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

We currently offer a flat rate delivery fee of S$7.

Free shipping for purchases of $80.00 and above.

Standard delivery time: Next day delivery via Ninjavan's courier service.

2. When will my order be packed and shipped?

Orders received after 2pm will be treated as next day orders.

If you place an order on a Sunday, your order will be packed and shipped on the following Monday.

If you place an order on a public holiday, your order will be packed and shipped on the next working day.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?

Before the order status shows "Packaging for delivery", you can modify the order information (recipient, contact number, order address) or cancel the order.

Once the order is displayed as "Packaging for delivery", it cannot be changed.

5. Can I return an item?

We regret to inform you that due to the special nature of medicines, in order to protect your health and the health of others, our website does not accept returns.
