Return and Exchange Policy

1. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

Pharmaceutical Products (including OTC medicine, traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, etc.):


Pharmaceuticals are special commodities. Once sold, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.


If the product has packaging damage, is expired, or was delivered incorrectly, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt with proof for resolution.


For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Due to special transportation requirements, returns/exchanges are not accepted after delivery (except for shipping errors).


2. Eligible for Return/Exchange

Quality-Related Issues:


If a product has quality defects (e.g., damaged packaging, expired, malfunctioning), contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.


3. Important Notes

Returned items must include original packaging, manuals, and free gifts.
