User Agreement

Welcome to sgtcm.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). The Platform is a professional Singapore-based pharmaceutical e-commerce platform operated by [Daren Tang]. 3.2 Limitation of Liability: The Platform shall not be liable for consequences resulting from users' failure to follow medical advice or misuse of medications.

4.2 We take reasonable measures to protect your data security but cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmission.

Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on the Platform (including text, images, trademarks, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Agreement Modification and Termination

7.2 We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 This Agreement is governed by Singapore law.

8.2 Any disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing which, they shall be submitted to Singapore courts.
